By placing an order with Dream Chaser Brands Hub, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Orders are confirmed after we have discussed availability, sizing, delivery, and payment with you.
Products are made or prepared according to the options selected. Custom products may not be eligible for return when production has started, unless the item is faulty. Please confirm your size, colour, design, and delivery details before payment.
South Africa delivery is charged at R110. Payment and EFT instructions are provided through WhatsApp. For questions about an order, returns, or refunds, contact dreamchasermodernclothing@gmail.com.

RETURN POLICY
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order details and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. We will discuss the available solution with you, which may include a replacement or refund for an approved return.
Custom or personalised products cannot be returned because they are made specifically for you, unless they arrive faulty or do not match the approved design. Sale items are final sale unless they are faulty.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Contact dreamchasermodernclothing@gmail.com before sending anything back.

We currently deliver within South Africa. Standard delivery is charged at R110 and is added to your order total at checkout.
Orders are prepared after availability, sizing, delivery details, and payment have been confirmed through WhatsApp. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for preparation and dispatch.
Delivery times may vary by location, courier availability, weekends, and public holidays. We will share delivery updates when your order is dispatched.
